Day 1 - 6 January 2026 | Venue: Lokseva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar | 10:00 AM: Inauguration of Photo Exhibition and inaugural session, followed by thematic panel discussion, expert presentations, participant briefing, transfer to Barkul, and evening debriefing with interactive activities, State destination presentation, and dinner at Panthanivas, Barkul.

6th National Chilika Bird Festival

Day 2 - 7 January 2026 (Chilika): Flagship birding experiences, bird race activities, technical capacity-building sessions, local awareness programs, and evening cultural engagements.
Day 3

Day 3 - 8 January 2026 (Chilika): Continued birding activities, community- and youth-focused awareness programs, conservation education, and concluding cultural and award ceremonies.
